When refunds are issued
- For approved returns, after the returned piece passes our quality check.
- For orders cancelled before dispatch.
- For payments that could not be matched to an order.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent to the original UPI account used for payment, normally within 5–7 business days of approval. You will see the payment status change to Refunded in My Orders.
Shipping fees
Delivery fees are refunded only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
