Return Policy

7-day easy returns

If you are not completely in love with your jewellery, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• The piece must be unworn and in its original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Personalised or engraved pieces, and earrings for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Items bought with a free gift must be returned together with the gift.

How to return

1. Go to My Orders and choose Request return, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
2. We will arrange a reverse pick-up for most PIN codes.
3. Once the piece passes our quality check, we process your refund as per our Refund Policy.
